Appearance
Lucyndra is tall and composed, her presence filling a room in the way that power does — not loudly, but definitively. Her skin is a light shade of purple, unusual even among elves, and it marks her as something specific from somewhere specific. Her hair is golden and falls in long loose curls. She wears a flowing red dress, long and layered, with gold detail throughout.
Her staff of office is unlike anything in Beacon's catalog of known materials — a light metal no scholar has been able to identify, cool to the touch and faintly luminous at angles. The orb fixed to the top is deep red, held in place by an iron raven's claw that appears original to the staff. She did not add the claw. She does not explain it.
Personality
Lucyndra came to Beacon because her homeland was under attack and she needed allies. What she found was a city that barely understood what magic was. She took the council seat because it gave her a platform and, at the time, seemed like the fastest path to what she actually needed.
She is patient in the way that people are patient when they've run out of other options. She does her work thoroughly and without complaint. She does not pretend to find the civic proceedings as important as she's expected to find them. Anyone who pays attention will notice that she is always courteous, frequently useful, and quietly somewhere else.
