Appearance
Delilah Stormcrow stands around 5'5" with very pale skin and nearly white blonde hair. She dresses entirely in black — black leathers, a black cloak, a black cowl that she keeps raised more often than not. A single tattoo marks her face: a black line running from forehead to jaw across her right eye, a remnant of her past that she has never removed and never explained.
Her pointed ears mark the elven blood. Everything else about how she presents herself suggests someone who prefers not to be seen clearly.
Personality
Delilah impressed the council with her widespread knowledge of trade goods, regional specialties, and the movement of commodities across Luchalendril. She knows what each area produces, what it lacks, and what it will pay. She is composed in session, precise with numbers, and rarely emotional about any of it.
She has noticed Grorin Darkmane's long stares and fears that his years at sea have given him enough exposure to recognize her from her previous life. If he does know, he has said nothing. Yet.
